Brewed with Bob. Crushed grain and mashed in 5G spring water for 60min at 155-160. Added 2.5G water to boil 7G. Boil for 60 Hops adds during boil Cooled with plate chiller 212 to 80 in about 10 min Pitch yeast starter and store in dark 70deg location
