George Washington was of Norwegian ancestry. Specifically, his ancestors were from the Voss region of Norway. This ale, brewed only a mile down the road from his winter headquarters during the revolution, pays homage to his personal history... or some such nonsense. It's really just an excuse to try to make a fruit-forward cream ale and experiment with Omega Voss Kveik yeast.

I have high effeciency, boil of lots of water and leave lots of trub behind in kettle post-boil. So my values for water and efficiency is not normal, please adjust.
