Clone Of Blonde Czech Chick (scaled to 40 liters)
Blonde Ale: Call Me Ranger!
Dropped malt from 400g down to 300g, kept 100g dextrose (otherwise it would be 2.4% alcohol). Dropped 20 min hops from 7g to 4g, and flame out and dry hops to 5g each. Aim is to get a bit thinner and less bitterness (BG:GU went from 0.36 to 0.29)
Very basic and approachable Blonde Ale recipe with actual strawberries added in secondary. I used 10lbs of fresh (then frozen, then thawed, then pureed) organic strawberries. Berries added to taste.
