Removed 20min addition to compensate. mash for 65min start temp 65 end temp 61 dough in at 70C remove grain at 75C (80 on urn) SG 1041 FG 1010 1 week at 19-21C 1 week at 10C bottled using 375ml bottles with 330ml sugar scoop got 1*500ml, 13*330ml, 12*375ml approx 1L turb loss - forgot to use irish moss VERY VERY TASTY WORT
