This recipe is a little bigger in volume and slightly weaker than my standard tripel recipe. It also has a bit more in the way of Spalt hop character. I'm also considering doing a single decoction mash to add a bit more color/flavor to the beer. It will likely end up drier/stronger than projected here, since almost all of that syrup will ferment out. I'll also be using the Omega equivalent of the Ardennes strain (Belgian A). It tends to be a bit more attenuative.
