An easy inexpensive BIAB recipe for refreshing wheat ale. Finished at about 1.5 gallons (less trub) and makes around sixteen 12 oz bottles.
Based off of Key Lime Wheat Ale, dry hopped with Medusa
1gal @ 131°F => 125 protein rest for 30min 1gal @ 172°F => 150 saccharification rest for 30min OG: 1.039 76.6% Efficiency Split into 2 fermenters - .7gal in one, topped with .1gal kombucha. Other filled with .8gal, no kombucha. Fermenting at 68°F. 14 DAYS: Bottled both. FG: 1.005 ABV: 4.75%
