this is the first cut at a clone for Boulevard 80 acre hoppy wheat. I went with a 105 minute mash, no reason really except i was having lunch with 5 gallons of water, stirring only at the beginning and the end of the mash.. Started at 151 and ended at 149 only a two degree loss over almost 2 hours.
