4G mash, 3.5G sparge AW mash and sparge, 11g grown coriander, and 20g grown like basil Next brew, need to reach mash out at 170F. Also, need to drain slowly, fast draining leaves sugar in the grain by going too fast. Added 0.5 dme wheat to boost up the gravity to the expected fg Add coriander with 5 min remaining, add basil at 2 min remaining.
