An experiment. Pale Ale designed for short boil and smaller boil volume (about 4 gal pre boil) diluted to appropriate OG Plenty of aging Galaxy and Chinook on hand that need to be used up, so adding lots of hops late and in dry hop for aroma. Motueka and Kohatu on hand are fresh to assure a nice Kiwi juiciness. Yeast is actually WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast.
Grainfather G30 - 17 l mash Vol. 16 l sparge Optional: (Pressure Fermentation recommended) Post fermentation, or nearing the end of diacetyl rest - Dry hop with equal amounts of all 3 hops 60 g total (pellet in hop tea bags). Close transfer (pref.) beer 5 days after dry hopping and fining.
