HomeBrew recipe for a dry-hopped American Amber Ale. Medium-bodied with balanced malts, citrus, fruity and a trace of spicy hop flavors. Medium hop bitterness in the finish. A balanced beer with plenty of hop flavor, but with moderated alcohol and calories. Enjoy several!
Substitutions: 2-Row to Hokube- san Base Malt (EBC3.8) Crystal 40L to Weyermann lower caramel (EBC60~80) Carapils - Dextrine Malt to Weyermann CARAPILS(EBC3~5) Cascade to Centennial White Labs California ale to Safale US-05 Irish moss products are rehydrated and added within the last 20 minutes of the boil.
