Re-use of deceased nag society yeast cake, complete with dry hops. Will be interested to see how this turns out.... Should be a quicker brew day too!
17.06.18 ph 5.5 - strike 6.5L at 72 - sparge 15L at ~77 - collected 16L at 1.031 - finished 11L 1.045 - transferred to secondary on 24.06.18 at 1.010 - dried hopped with 14g chinook
