This version of my recipe uses a smaller boil to allow for addition of 1 Gal cold water at end to bring to pitching temp faster (since my water source is warmer this time of year) ; tried a slightly different hop variation
Extra Pale Ale with Maris Otter malt and Cascade hop. A SMASH beer.
Derived from a recipe on the speidel website. Might need to play a bit with the hop quantities? Might also adapt for Magnum and/or Huell Melon too.
NWA (North West pale Ale) with plenty of spicy floral hop aroma and flavor, without the bite of an ipa.
