Test batch using store-bought artisanal bread. If this works the final recipe will be used with leftover communion bread (which is high quality, artisanal sourdough) from my church...hence the name.

Addapted from my first recipe from brewshop ToBrew. An American Pale Ale with Columbus and Cascade, topped up with my personal touch of Mosaic and Dry Hopping. Recipe developed using a 15L mash tun / boiling kettle and with multi-step mash (multi-gyle) in BIAB.
