First Canadian brew with very little equipment. Still going for All Grain though OG = 1.052
Based on SNPA recipe.
Brewed in the Kitchen: 1. 4 Gallons of water split between 2 pots 2. Added all grains and let slow simmer for 1.5 hours 3. Pulled grains, placed both grain bags in fermentor 4. Added 1 gallons boiling water to fermentor. Let steep for 1 hour. Drain. 5. Boil wort for 1 hour. 6. Add wort to what is already in the fermentor. 7. Left with 2.5 gallons in the fermentor 8. Prime with 25g white sugar in 500ml of water
