Mash at 158*f for 60 mins Cool to 180*f for whirlpool 1oz of ea Amarillo, Cascade, Mandarina and Huell mellon Dry hop#1 1oz of ea above @ high Krausen Dry hop#2 1oz ea above after fermentation (4-5 days)
3L Förkultur, 1-2L trub. 23L Mäskning, 17-18L Lakning.
Plan to brew to even out ingredient order and make starter for massive bourbon barrel stout.
