based off a big beer recipe brewed by a buddy (Dan) which tasted really good, but a bit overly honey-flavored for me, so i reduced the honey down from 2 lbs. Also, cut back the malt a bit so the ABV would be under 8%, compared to the original 10% recipe. Once the centennial and cascade hop harvest comes in, I might try this with substituting cascade and centennial (maybe just keep the citra or amarillo).

light, crisp and hoppy! flame out hops and whirlpool at 180. double dry hop.
