blend of 2 rows, marisO and 25% of the mash being munich. flaked oat for mouth feel C40 for some color, but keeping it low. (Munich and Caras not always popular in IPA). Majority of base malts from Lunar Brewing Company. I historically suck at making IPA or PA that arent overly hoppy, grassy overdry.....which bothers me alot so I need more practice. Go Cubs 2017....
Simple beer with 2-row, crystal 20, and German Hallertau hops. The hallertau I wound up with was really low in alpha acids so I had to use most of them for the bittering, unfortunately.
