Adjusted recipe calculations below by removing rice hulls to get normal, working fermentables at the correct percentage. Then did the same for hops by adding 10% at 60min, 20% at 20 and 10min Getting extremely low efficiency for starting gravity. Need to sparge much slower. Also collected too much wort. Need to subtract about 0.4 gals from the sparge volume as this was how much liquid remained in the mash tun after collecting the proper amount in kettle. Forgot to measure starting gravity ...
