Brew No.13 Do again. Infected so no comment 0.1/10 Pauls recipe (originally) 4.7% Notes: Whole batch undrinkable, infection. Fizzed for 4 weeks in fermenter, bottled anyway, dry hopping sat too long in. Disaster. OG 1050. FG 1010. 4.7% Attenuation - 79%
Brew No.15 Do again. Yes definitely. MM kit. 8/10 - ABV 8.3% Overshot OG but very nice beer. Recipe - OG 1063. FG 1012. 6.9% OG 1075. FG 1012. 8.3% Attenuation - 83% Notes: Overshot OG. BUT. Added 2 litres water so would end up less but no recorded. Way too carbonated, might be it fermented in summer.
Brew No.4 Do again. Yes. But with right hops and peel. 8/10 - Paul's recipe. Tasted amazing! Fruit flavours. Didn't use peel or dry hop. No Nugget so used Citra Brew No.5 7/10 - Brewed again. Used random hops, not as good, completely different. But got a lot better with age. OG 1066. FG 1011. 7.2% Attenuation - 83%
Brew No.12 Do again. Maybe the original recipe. 6.5/10 - Paul's recipe (originally) Using up hops. Citra for Nugget. Challenger for Cascade (Challenger is not a natural sub for Cascade). Rounded up to 1KG Cara Malt from 800g recipe Used orange peel, no grapefruit Put all dry hops in boil at 50 by mistake. Peel in boil and fermenter with 3 days to bottle. OG 1052. FG 1010. 4.7% Attenuation - 80%
