I light colored hoppy very grapefruit forward fruited IPA. I'll drop the bitterness to about 40ibu if I make again. The zest increases the bitterness. Otherwise this was very nice.

I enjoyed New Belgium's Citradelic and wanted to make something with Tangerine that was similar but not a clone. This grain bill is due to using some leftover portions of grain. If I make again it's 12 lb pale, 1 lb carapils, and 6oz of Crystal 120 and 4 to 5 ounces to acidulated malt for the mash. One other brew note, I used Imperial Yeast's Flagship yeast, the same strain as Cal Ale.

NEIPA-Gypsum 2 grams .5tsp, Calcium Chloride 6 grams 1.4 tsp. Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simco, and 1oz Citra were cyro hops, the rest and the whirlpool Citra were pellets. R.O. Water
