Use mix of newer school hops for flameout, miscellaneous cryo for dry hopping Dry hop for 3 days with 0.5oz each of the flameout hops? Calculated OG using 6 gallon method at 90% for OG 1.088. Normally I'd water down with another gallon. This time I brewed/mashed with 7 total gallons. This gave me an OG of 1.077. Using this method from now on!
