The recipe that Iused shows an OG of 1.064, a FG of 1.012, EBC 16 and an IBU of 75. I got OG: 1,061 and FG: 1,018. I used one and a half package of yeast, aprox 16-17 gr. Other yeast that can be used are WLP007 (with starter)
I'm splitting the wort on this one and brewing the Apple Dapple Amber in tandem with this. FH Steinbart has quite a few new malts so I'm trying the Skagit Malting company's Talisman pale ale malt here, which is similar to Marris Otter apparently.
