Buy Frozen. Thaw out before adding to sanitized muzzle bag 4/5 days into fermentation. 1.3 lbs mangos per gallon batch.
Core Pale Ale recipe but added an extra pound of light DME because i didnt want to save it. Higher abv than planned for but whatevs

total copy of the above. I did buy the all-grain kit, though the recipe is freely available. Kit says 5 gal batch but numbers come out way too high for my liking (ABV 8.6!) and compared to what the original specs say, so I increased batch size to 6.5 gallons, which is a little less than specs but really where I'd like it more.
