RO water with 'Pale Ale Profile'
My Brew in a bag adjustment
Brewed on 1/23. Beer fermented at 65-68. reached 1.014 at or near 1/29. Dryhops total: Idaho 7 @ 4 ounces Citra @ 2 ounces Amarillo @ 1 ounce 1/27/21 (Normal temp): Idaho 7 @ 2 ounces / Citra @ 2 ounces 1/29/21 (Crashed temp): Idaho 7 @ 2 ounces Amarillo @ 1 ounce Beer crashed for 3 days, then kegged. Carbonated at 30 pounds (34DF) for 24 hours, then dropped to 15 until canning on 2/9/21. Carbonation was good. Identical to Heretic Make America Juicy.
