This recipe was formulated to explore the flavor imparted by the sorachi ace hops. i thought the spicy character would pair well with a hint of rye, but other than that, i wanted a rather clean malt profile and no other hops adding to flavor profile of the recipe. Used just a small portion of hops for bittering, with a moderate dose for flavor and aroma, but not too much as to be overpowering as this is my first time using sorachi ace hops. I also wanted to keep the IBU within Blonde Ale ...
