Steinfest 1 Partigyle. Mash ONLY first 5 listed malts then drain half to boil and follow hop schedule. Then add the rest of the malts and boil after red ale is in fermenter. Add columbus hops as necessary to brown ale, brown ale only needs to boil from the latest hop addition. (Brown malt: 1.5 lbs, munich: 1 lb, flaked oats: 1 lb, dextrose if desired to raise ABV). Pitch Vermont Ale yeast or American Ale yeast into red ale, and London Ale III into brown ale
