All DME and distilled water. No boil. Lots of hops. Low alcohol. Dang good. Added DME to 3 gal. (as/per John Palmer) and gently raised temperature to 160 - added chiller and continued heating to about 175. Added hops and removed kettle from heat. Set timer for 15 minutes (at 12 minutes I knocked the temp down to about 162 - a bit lower than I wanted - and left it alone. Added Whirlfloc solution and chilled.
