Homebrew didn't have London Fog so I'm using LalBrew Verdant IPA yeast, two packs. Homebrew store said best to NOT rehydrate, just toss it in. Also used Cryo Citra so citra amounts are halved. Added 2.5 lbs of sugar with all of the LME. Add wort chiller and bring to 170 and did 20 minute whirlpool with 1 oz Columbus and 2 oz cryo citra. Also put 1.5 oz of citra in freezer is separate container for dry hop purposes. OG was 1.100 before I topped fermenter off with one gallon of water. ...

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
