Modification of hop schedule for Amped and Juiced extract kit from Atlantic Brewing. 12-26-20 - Brew day. Added 1 lbs of steel cut oats as reflected below. Treated steep as a 30 minute mini mash. Steeped at 150 for 30 minutes. Modified to 15 minute boil and hop additions as reflected below. Flame out hops were added via grain bag directly at flame out.
