took zamba neipa and switched out the hops for citra and strata with more strata (1:2) aiming for about mash ph 5.4 use neipa water profile mash at 154F use yeast nutrient (DAP) 1/2 does and wyeast nutrient skip whirlfloc FO hops are WP at 170 for 20min ferment 4-5 days, then dry hop for another 4 days
