stumbled across this as a kit mentioned on brulosophy. med gravity high hopped ipa target og 1043 ibu 54. Don't know hopping intervals so guessed Suggested yeast Burton WLP023 Nov21 don't think I ever made this so will now! Only have Wyeast Brit 1098 so using that
