Used styrian wolf instead of bobek. Chilling coil put in at 2m before end of boil rather than 15. Used 25L water instead of 23L. Sparged at 9.5L. Tried to whirlpool at 80, switched to manual but temp was lower at roughly 66. OG gravity 10.50
