Brewed Friday 7/24/22 1oz each Azacca/Mosaic at 5m and FO 1 each of ElDo/Citra @ 190 1 each ElDo/Citra/Riwaka @ 170 OG 1050-51 Pitched half Conan half Cosmic, large starter (2 mo old yeast?) Started very cold, 50, then free rise to 68-70 Took off after 12 hrs once it warmed up, warmed up to 73-74 and really chugged for a while Dry hopped with 3 ounces, 1 each of ElDo, Citra, and Riwaka
