HOPS Competition brew Hazy Wheat Beer - Best tasting wins has to have at least 20% by volume of wheat malt. Brewed 14/10/22 OG 1.060 Mistakenly added extra 0 day hop of El Dardo. Day 0 added once down to pitch temp prior to pitching yeast. Started yeast in wort at 22deg then pitched. Gravity check day 8 1.010, Day 12 check 1.005. 7.22% ABV
