My first run at all grain brewing was this recipe ( as close as I can remember ) about a decade ago. I just recently decided to get back into it an thought Ide try to pick up near where I left off. Though I couldn't duplicate it exactly ( records were lost ) this is pretty close. Originally, I didn't use the Belgian Syrup or the Special Roast.
