My system is kinda the same as big rob only I modified mine to be a all in one biab, I double mill my grains @ .025 ( I use a brew bag) and my mash ratio is 2qt per pound , 6gl for this recipe, i only sparge enough to get me at level that will get me to post boil of 5 3/4 gallon, I have a boil off rate of 1 gallon every 90 minutes, whirfloc and yeast nutrient at 10 minutes left in boil and before I forget k-97 works best with this but Nottingham I like also k-97 is a little more crisp i find ...

It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
