4 gallons to steep then add 2 gallons of hot (~155 degrees) water over steep bags to bring to 6 gallons. OG for steeped oats = 1.073. Mashed OG = 1.077. Add first wort hops with malt extract before bringing back to boil. Whirfloc at 5 minutes.
