Notes: back to no boil. Pasteurization rest at 160, hops in when the bag is removed. Probably lower OG due to larger batch because no boil off. Chilled down to about 90. There was a very full fermenter and a lot of residual. Gravity is super low. Both dry hops fell quickly but really did well to saturate thy sample from the fermenter.
