6-1-18 OG 1.104. put in Yeast Nutrient & Irish Moss during cool down (should have been added during boil). Put in Yeast Energizer during aeration. Efficiency was 66%. Used Amalysis (at 4 different times. 1 tsp each time). Cooked the corn for about 2hrs prior to adding the rye. I used flaked corn, not Hodgson Mill. I used actual Rye, not Hodgson. I used tap water, bot filtered. FG 1.015.

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
