Not sure how to make this yet. Wheat/MO base. Rich, brown sugar and Cinnamon flavors. Sweet. Biscuity The recipe for the cookie includes these spices: 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 c brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
