Mini mosto de pilsen para starter. 200g de malte pilsen num hopbag. De 40m a 1h a 66?C. Ferver por uns 10 a 15 min deve dar uns 700ml a 800ml de mosto pr?ximo a 1.040. Ficar sempre abaixo de 1.050. Para kveik inocular a 30?C, tomando cuidado para homogenizar bem a temperatura. Como vai no bag, pode at? triturar no liquidificador o malte.
