work in progress; using clutch clone base, then ghost orchid hops. whirlpool 30 min at 180F\ srm 4-5 1/4 tab campden in each mash and sparge water mash 150 60 min dy hop in one go on day 10? (leave in contact 4-5 days before bottling) try using whirlfloc to reduce opaqueness hopefully leaving some light haze still messing around with this one. not sure what to try with malt bill -- maybe munich

What Styles Are These Recipes?

It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.

There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
