Special Instructions

Stewed and mashed 4.5 lbs of figs and cooled. Transferred to secondary fermenter and racked beer on top.

Bottled after 2 weeks and let bottle condition for weeks.

    I would recommend a longer aging with the Brett on the figs to bring out more funk in this beer. Also maybe add more figs as 4.5 lbs only provided a subtle fig flavor.
