Special Instructions
1.To 7 gallons of water in the brew kettle, add steeping grains in a bag and bring to 170'F
2.Turn off heat, add DME & fully dissolve then bring to boil
3.Add hops at 60 minutes, hops and 1/2 Whirlflock tablet at 10min, then flame out hops at 0min
4.Cool to 68'F, take OG reading, pitch, aerate and ferment in primary for 1 week
5.Rack to secondary and ferment an additional week
