Had trouble with my urn so not sure of the boil time. Removed 20min addition to compensate. mash for 65min start temp 65 end temp 61 dough in at 70C remove grain at 75C (80 on urn) SG 1041 FG 1010 1 week at 19-21C 1 week at 10C bottled using 375ml bottles with 330ml sugar scoop got 1*500ml, 13*330ml, 12*375ml approx 1L turb loss - forgot to use irish moss VERY VERY TASTY WORT
