Special Instructions

1.
Spare 2 -3 gallons water at 170 degrees. Make sure to collect 6.5 gallons to boil.

Juice from 4 lemons added to the boil.

Add honey last 5 mins of boil or flame out

Ferment at 65 to 70F degrees for 14 days
5.
Lemon zest added to primary fermentation for last 7 days.
