Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash the grains at 152 ?F (67 ?C) for 60 minutes.
2.
Vourlaf until your runnings are clear, sparge, and boil the wort for 75 minutes, adding hops and Irish moss at the times indicated
3.
After the boil, turn off the heat and chill the wort rapidly to just below fermentation temperature, about 68 ?F (20 C).
4.
Aerate the wort well and pitch the yeast.
5.
Ferment at 70 ?F (21 ?C).
6.
Dry hop for 3 days in a secondary
