Special Instructions

1.
Heat 6.25g to 164 and mash grains at 152F for 60min, Mash out at 158F for 10min.
2.
Drain wort to kettle and sparge with 3.25g at 164F.

Boil for 60min, add hops, chill to 70F, aerate & pitch yeast. Ferment at 68F.
