I'm surprised about that. They should know better. This recipe looks good, should be a nice hef. I also have a couple hefs named after my wife. Brewdog333

I looked over the recipe again and it was expecting fly sparge vs batch sparge so that might explain the higher temp.
Don't sparge so hot. You'll extract tannins from the husks. Sparge at 170 max. You don't want yucky beer
