Special Instructions

1.
Smoke 1 lb of the grain with whatever wood you choose.
2.
Ferment 60F w/ no top pressure for 24 hrs. 65F under 12 psi until SG 1.015. Raise to room temp until FG stable for 4 days.
3.
Cold crash to 33F for 4 days. Transfer to serving keg on top of gelatin.
4.
Carbonate to 2.6 vols CO2 for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
